Procedures to make a reservation:

1. Print Rental Contract and Terms and Conditions of Rental
   or have us fax you a copy. Click here to download the Rental Contract
2. Fill in Rental Contract
3. Read and Sign Terms and Conditions of Rental.
4. Send a copy of the Rental Contract, a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions of Rental and your deposit cheque, payable to The Pinery to the address below.
5. Written or telephone confirmation will be sent to you when we are in receipt of reservation and deposit.
